It’s emotional to recall everything we’ve done over the past ten years. It fills us with pride because today, we bring delicious products to millions of consumers, while performing daily acts to nourish a better world.

For the 10-Year Challenge, we’d like to share with you some of the many stories that move us and which you have all witnessed.

In 2009, we furthered our goal of bringing Grupo Bimbo to more places. Back then, we were operating in 17 countries on three continents. Today, we are proud to do business in 32 countries on four continents, with a family of more than 140,000 associates.​


Not only has our packaging changed in its design, but it is now also more environmentally friendly. In the past decade, we began using oxo-biodegradable technology.

We look back with nostalgia and a smile, while still looking forward with enthusiasm, for we have set major challenges for ourselves. Two of these are our commitment to use 100% renewable electricity in all our operations by 2025, and to make 100% of our packaging from recyclable or compostable material.

Many things could change over time, but one thing is certain: that every day we will keep working to meet our aim of building a sustainable, highly productive and deeply humane company.
