As part of the North American Leaders Summit in Mexico, our CEO, Daniel Servitje, met with Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau to discuss the presence of Grupo Bimbo in his country.

Daniel described the prime minister as a "very kind and welcoming" person. The meeting endorsed the commitment of our associates to consumers in Canada, who every day choose our products for their flavor and superior quality.

The importance of this meeting is that Grupo Bimbo is the Mexican company with the highest investment in Canada.

Our Executive VP, Mark Bendix, and our Global VP of Corporate Affairs, Liliana Mejia, accompanied Daniel during this event.
