Mr. Jaime A. El Koury is Legal Director of the Financial Supervision and Administration Board of Puerto Rico, an official body created by the Congress of the United States of America. He holds the position of Alternate Director on the Board of Directors of Fomento Economico Mexicano, S.A.B. of C.V. and is a member of the Corporate Practices Committee of said company. In addition, Mr. El Koury is an Alternate Director and member of the Corporate Practices Committee on the Board of Directors of Coca Cola FEMSA, S.A.B. of C.V. He was previously a partner at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP.
