Caring For Our People
The well-being of our team is essential. We provide tools, guidance, and opportunities for their professional growth, fostering a healthy, inclusive, and safe work environment. By taking care of our people, we strengthen the organization and improve their quality of life.
We make this possible through strategic efforts in key areas:
- Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB)
- Training and Development
- Safety and Well-Being
1.- Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB)
We put these principles into practice through global policies, specific programs, and local initiatives that reflect the diversity of the communities where we operate. We create inclusive environments where everyone can be their true selves, access opportunities, and reach their full potential. In this way, we promote equity and make diversity a driver of innovation, growth, and well-being within our organization and in the markets where we operate.

We believe that learning is a competitive advantage. Providing relevant training and development opportunities not only keeps our team up to date and prepared for the company’s challenges but also fosters their personal and professional growth. When people grow, the organization grows with them.
We centralize global and local programs, culturally adapted to the +30 countries where we operate and accessible to all roles. Our offerings of virtual and in-person courses cover technical and operational development, capacity building, and leadership tools, as well as a talent pipeline that accelerates the growth of high-potential professionals through rotations, strategic projects, and mentorship from senior leaders. To this end, we rely on flagship platforms such as Craft Academy and GB University.
We have a comprehensive talent development program that supports each associate throughout their career:
- Annual performance evaluation that assesses both contributions to the business plan and leadership competencies.
- Individual Development Plans (IDPs) co-designed by the associate and their direct supervisor.
- Talent Readiness Model to identify and prepare key talent for current and future strategic roles.
3.- Safety and Well-Being

We create safe and healthy work environments in every country where we operate, adhering to international standards and ensuring the safety and well-being of our team.
Our Safety and Well-being Model is based on international occupational safety regulations, standards, and management systems. This ensures that all our processes are guided by a preventive approach, in which safety management is everyone’s responsibility. We also maintain a consistent focus on identifying and managing operational, commercial, and logistical risks.
In our wellness ecosystem, we have identified four dimensions that reflect the main areas where the associate experience takes place:
- We promote health by encouraging physical activity and offering Healthy Cafeterias.
- We balance our personal and professional lives through staggered, hybrid, and remote work arrangements, as well as those related to maternity leave.
- We are a support network: we offer an emotional support hotline that provides immediate assistance to associates 24/7.
- We promote healthy work environments by collecting and analyzing key indicators related to our wellness initiatives.
To put this vision into practice, we have a Global Well-Being Model as our operational framework.
