We were recognized as the company with the best performance in the ranking of Las Empresas Más Responsables ESG de México 2025, prepared by MERCO (Corporate Reputation Business Monitor), achieving this position for twelve consecutive years.
We stood out for our comprehensive performance in environmental matters (E), a strong commitment to associates, consumers, and communities (S), as well as for the strength of our ethics and corporate governance practices (G). In addition, we achieved first place within the food sector, reaffirming our leadership and consistency in responsible management.
This result reflects a sustainability strategy integrated into the business model and aligned with clear and measurable goals. Currently, we have achieved 100% water reuse, both compared to the 2020 baseline year. Additionally, 99% of our packaging is already recyclable, and more than 500,000 hectares are managed under regenerative agriculture practices.
In terms of nutrition, we continue to strengthen our portfolio. Today, 100% of our daily consumption products are free from artificial flavorings and colorings, and approximately 98% of this same portfolio meets or exceeds 3.5 stars in the Health Star Rating (HSR) system, an international standard used to measure the nutritional profile of products.
Regarding the social strategy, more than 260 Buen Vecino projects benefited over 530,000 people worldwide; and thanks to the more than 400,000 runners who participated in our Bimbo Global Race, more than three million slices of bread were donated to food banks around the world.
