What topics can be reported?
- Violations of our Compliance Policies, Code of Ethics and Conduct; legality, sexual harassment, bullying/harassment at work, discrimination, psychosocial issues, safety and wellness and reprisals against informants.
- Conflicts of interest and any act of corruption (theft, bribery, extortion, fraud, misuse of confidential information etc.)
We work with an external, specialized, and independent company that channels reports to the Speak Up Committee of each Organization to continue with the investigation, resolution, and necessary actions to foster a healthy and ethical work environment, in full compliance with our Compliance Policies.

- Reports submitted through Speak up may be anonymous; however, you are encouraged to provide as much information as possible. If you wish, you may include your employee/vendor ID and name.
- Include a detailed description of your concern (who, what, when, how) and attach any supporting evidence, such as copies of documents or the names of witnesses who can corroborate the report. Please note that general statements cannot be investigated.
- We take all reports of non-compliance very seriously and will take the appropriate actions in each case. We will keep you informed of the progress accordingly.
Grupo Bimbo prohibits retaliation against anyone who, in good faith, reports a suspected violation of the Code or Policies, or who cooperates in an investigation of a potential violation. Retaliation against an employee for reporting a concern in good faith is itself a serious violation of our Code and should be reported.
