Alejandro Rodriguez Bas

Born in Mexico in 1966, Alejandro joined Grupo Bimbo in October 2021. He currently serves as CEO of Grupo Bimbo, following his appointment in November 2025. Prior to this role, he served as President of Barcel Global and as a member of the Executive Committee, he is married and has three children.

Alejandro holds a degree in Electromechanical and Industrial Engineering from Universidad Panamericana and an MBA from Harvard. His career spans multinational companies across various geographies, including ten years at PepsiCo, where he served as CEO for the Australia and New Zealand region, among other markets. He later served as CEO of Grupo LALA in Mexico, Vice President at C&S Wholesale Grocers, and CEO of Acosta Sales and Marketing in the United States.

Over the past four years, he has been instrumental in accelerating innovation, expanding the Barcel brand to many countries, and establishing manufacturing operations across different continents.

Diego Gaxiola Cuevas

Diego Gaxiola has served as Chief Global Finance Officer since August 2017. Mr. Gaxiola Cuevas has more than 20 years of experience in similar positions, including, most recently, having served as Chief Financial Officer of Alsea, a leading operator of quick service restaurants, coffee shops, and casual dining establishments in Latin America and Spain. Before Alsea, Mr. Gaxiola Cuevas worked for Grupo Desc. S.A.B. de C.V. in corporate finance and in Grupo Televisa, S.A.B. de C.V., where he had various positions in finance. Mr. Gaxiola Cuevas holds a master’s degree in finance from Universidad Anahuac and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Newport University and Universidad Iberoamericana

Juan Muldoon Barrena

Juan Muldoon has served as Chief People Officer of Grupo Bimbo since July 2019. Mr. Muldoon joined the Company in 1995 and he has previously held other positions at Grupo Bimbo in the marketing and exports departments, and general management in Chile, Central America and the United States. In 2011, Mr. Muldoon became responsible for BBU’s talent management, and held the position of Global Talent Director for Grupo Bimbo from 2015 to 2019, period during which he designed and executed tools to attract, develop and manage human talent. Mr. Muldoon holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidad Iberoamericana, and he also completed a program in finance at the Southern Methodist University and a program in management at Universidad Adolfo Ibañez in Santiago, Chile.

Raúl Ignacio Obregón Servitje

Raúl Obregón holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City and an MBA from Boston University. Before joining Grupo Bimbo, he worked at Citibank’s corporate office in Mexico. He joined the company in 1998. He began as Regional Manager of Corporate Sales and later as Regional Sales Manager at BBU. In 2006, he was appointed General Manager of Bimbo Peru; three years later, he was promoted to Chief Officer of Big Customers at Bimbo Mexico. In 2013, he became Chief Corporate Officer of Sales, a position he left to take on the role of Executive Chief Officer of Bimbo South America in 2015. Since April 2017, he has held the position of Global Director of Information and Transformation. He currently serves as Executive VP of Grupo Bimbo, leading Transformation, Asia, EMEA, and TConecta.

Fernando Lerdo de Tejada Servitje holds an MBA from Harvard University in Boston and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Universidad Iberoamericana. He has developed his professional career in the food industry. At Grupo Bimbo, he currently serves as Executive VP of Grupo Bimbo, with responsibility for Bimbo Canada, as well as the LATAM organizations, El Globo, and the corporate Consumer Centricity areas, including Global Marketing, Global R&D, and Global Quality. Throughout his career, he has held several leadership positions, including President of Ricolino (June 2019–July 2022), President of Bimbo Iberia and Portugal (June 2017–June 2019), Sales Director at Bimbo Mexico (November 2015–June 2017), President of Bimbo Uruguay (July 2013–November 2015), Regional Sales Manager at BBU in the United States (October 2011–June 2013), and Member of the Disruptive Innovation Team at BBU (September 2010–October 2011). Outside of Grupo Bimbo, Fernando has worked at Walmart and in the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) industry.

José Manuel Gonzáles serves as General Director of Bimbo México. He joined Grupo Bimbo in 1991, and since then he has had an extensive professional career holding different management positions in Sales and Marketing in multiple business units of Grupo Bimbo, most recently he was General Director of Bimbo Iberia and later Comercial Director of Bimbo México . He has a Master's Degree in Business Administration from IPADE, and a bachelor's degree in Administration and Finance from the Universidad Panamericana, and various studies in Marketing.

Jorge Guillermo Zárate Lupercio

Jorge Zárate serves as Chief Supply Chain Officer. Since he joined Group in 1987, he has held different positions such as Plant superintendent at Bimbo Mexico, Production Manager at Bimbo Northwest, Corporate Bimbo and Marinela Operation Manager, Corporate Planning Manager, General Manager at Bimbo de Argentina, and Business VP for Latin America, Asia Organization President for Grupo Bimbo based in Beijing, China, and Supply Chain VP for Bimbo Mexico.
 

He holds a Biochemical Engineering degree from ITESM (Mexico). He attended the Baking Science & Technology course at American Institute of Baking International-AIB (USA), attended  the Advanced Management Program at Instituto de Altos Estudios Empresariales at Universidad Austral Argentina (IAE) and  holds a postgraduate degree in Strategic Marketing at Universidad Católica de Argentina (UCA) and an MBA at Escuela de Dirección de Empresas de la Universidad Argentina de Empresas (EDDE). He also serves as IBIE 2025 Chair.

Greg Koehrsen

Greg Koehrsen was appointed President of Bimbo Bakeries USA in January 2026. Mr. Koehrsen has more than a decade of leadership experience with Grupo Bimbo, including roles as Senior Vice President of Transformation and Commercial, Senior Vice President of the East U.S. Business Unit, and Vice President/General Manager of Sweet Baked Goods for Bimbo Bakeries USA. He also served as General Manager of Barcel USA from 2022-2024, leading its U.S. growth strategy. Earlier in his career, Mr. Koehrsen worked in corporate strategy at Bimbo Bakeries USA, consulting at Bain & Company, and held leadership roles in supply chain and logistics for URBN. Mr. Koehrsen holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, an MS in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University, and a BS in Mathematics from Haverford College.
 

Alejandro Juan Pintado López

Originally from Mexico City, Alejandro Pintado holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey and a Master of Science in Management from Boston College. He began his career at Grupo Bimbo in 1988 in the Export area, at a key moment when the company was accelerating its internationalization process. Throughout his career, he has held various leadership positions, spending more than half of his trajectory in international roles. He has served as President of Bimbo Peru, later leading South America and Canada, as well as Bimbo China and Global Sales. He currently serves as President of Barcel Mexico. Representing Grupo Bimbo, he actively participates in various business forums, notably serving as Chairman of the Board of ConMéxico, an organization that brings together the CEOs of the leading consumer goods companies in Mexico. He is a strong advocate of Grupo Bimbo’s culture and a committed promoter of inclusion and diversity.
