Human Rights and Labor Standards
Upholding human dignity and rights in everything we do is a non-negotiable for us as we look to respect and support all our stakeholder groups:
- Associates: We comply with ILO standards, ensuring decent and competitive working conditions. Ongoing internal audits evaluate policy compliance and effectiveness of corrective measures.
- Customers: We offer accessible reporting channels available for all customers.
- Suppliers: We strengthen compliance mechanisms and policies regarding sustainable supply issues, maintain data protection standards, and communicate expectations for responsible supply chains and human rights compliance.
- Community: We develop social programs focusing on education, safety, well-being, physical activity, and environment to promote basic and human rights.
As a cornerstone of our development, we have established a dashboard for all our organizations designed to mitigate labor-related irregularities. We conduct quarterly reviews that enable us to identify, monitor, and address factors that could put our associates’ rights at risk. Our risk traffic light methodology can assess existing risk levels and prioritize actions within business units and countries that make up our operation. Additionally, each organization implements potential solutions to mitigate identified risks in the most efficient, diligent, and timely way, aligned with our commitments.
We are committed to respecting human rights and labor standards throughout our value chain. To this end, we review and update our policies and procedures, working closely with our associates, customers, communities, and suppliers to comply with local laws and prevent any practices that violate human dignity. We have zero tolerance for underaged or forced labor, and encourage the freedom of association and collective bargaining.
