El Globo, a pastry shop founded in downtown Mexico City in 1884, was another significant Grupo Bimbo acquisition. This haute pâtisserie joined the family in 2005.

It currently operates 180 points-of-sale throughout Mexico where you’ll always find a delicious array of cakes, jelly and fresh-baked breads. 

At branches now outfit with coffee-brewing equipment, you can also enjoy your favorite beverage with breads and pastries.
