Our Director of Human Relations and Corporate Affairs stood out for her work strategy during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The current global situation has thrown the spotlight on individuals for their effort and dedication to the welfare of work groups and society. One individual who fits this profile is Lynn Langrock, our Director of Human Relations and Corporate Affairs at Bimbo Canada.
Thanks to her vision and strong leadership during the health emergency in 2020, she has been recognized as one of the best executives in Canada in the inaugural Best Executives Awards put forth by Globe and Mail magazine’s Report on Business.
In addition, the Best Executive Awards celebrate excellence in leadership in five areas: Finance, Human Resources, Operations, Technology, Sales and Marketing The winners are selected by the magazine’s editorial team from among leaders of public and private companies, as well as executives at government, academic and non-profit institutions.
Lynn Langrock and the other winners were chosen on the basis of their professional background, management style, and accomplishments and impact within their professional environment.
The winners will receive their awards on October 30, when their stories are published in the November edition of Report on Business. They will also share their experience and advice during a virtual event that will take place on November 3.
